Public Hearing for Ordinance No. 362: Budget Amendment

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF METALINE FALLS, WASHINGTON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Council of the Town of Metaline Falls, Washington, will hold a public hearing on October 13th, 2026, at 6:15 P.M., at Metaline Falls Town Hall to receive public comment regarding proposed Ordinance No. 362:

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 359, WHICH ADOPTED A REVISED BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2026, AND ADOPTING A NEWLY REVISED BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF METALINE FALLS, WASHINGTON FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2026.

A copy of the proposed ordinance and newly revised 2026 budget is available for public inspection at the Office of the Town Clerk, 201 E. 5th Ave. during regular business hours, and metalinefalls.gov.

All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk at P.O. Box 277 Metaline Falls, WA 99153, before the public hearing.
