Town of Metaline Special Meeting

NOTE: This is a special meeting advertised for the Town of Metaline, not Metaline Falls.

Purpose of the Special Meeting:
– To review and discuss the current financial condition of the Town of Metaline, including
revenues, expenditures, budget status, and any financial challenges facing the Town.
– To discuss the vacancy in the Office of Mayor and begin the process to fill the vacant
mayoral position in accordance with Washington law and the Town’s procedures.
– To take any action authorized by law related to these agenda items.

This Special Meeting is open to the public. The Town Council may take official action on the
matters listed above.
